Marraum, an RIBA chartered architecture practice based in Penryn, Cornwall, had a strong reputation and a distinctive people-first approach, but organic visibility that didn't reflect the quality of their work or the demand for architects across the county. Their challenge was to move from page two of Google onto page one for the searches that win clients, and to compete for high-value architecture terms across Cornwall and beyond. They partnered with us to rebuild their SEO foundations, realign content with client search intent, and create a scalable framework for long-term organic growth.

The outcome of the work
Marraum's investment in SEO produced sustained gains across visibility, traffic, and enquiries. With rebuilt foundations, refined content, and a page architecture aligned to how people search for architects, average position improved from 17.1 to 8.1, moving the practice from page two of Google onto page one for the terms that matter. Search impressions grew from 910k to 2.29m, an increase of 152%, and this resulted in a 160% increase in organic clicks, building a compounding flow of qualified enquiries from people actively searching for an architect in Cornwall.
