The project in brief
Ocean Magic had previously worked with agencies where the focus was largely on visibility, with little connection to commercial return. The business was facing a familiar outcome: ongoing spend, minimal accountability, and a projected net loss position with no clear path to return. Rather than committing to another long-term agency model, Ocean Magic partnered with us to take a lower-risk, performance-led approach. The priority was to design and build a new Shopify website upfront as a cost-effective alternative to traditional retainers, ensuring the platform could convert traffic before any growth activity was scaled.
